No. [my first role was] Quality assurance (Tester) by TEAMS

 

Why did you come to work at TBA Group?

I work in container industry for now 12 years and I like very much this industry. TBA had nice and young working atmosphere, worldwide customers and portfolio. I though that for my personal development and career, TBA would be a perfect match.

What was your best day at work?

I have a lot of nice days at work, but I need to choose I would choose 2: - Go live event at APMT MV2. All TBA worked very hard into this project and after all the sweat and tears we gave to make it work, everything was fully repaid by seeing a successful go-live! Never be so proud of TBA work done here (including mine off course!) - I would say when I celebrated the 5 years working in the company. We had a nice event together with my colleagues and managers. I felt like I was with a family and not at work. I really enjoy it

 

What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?

From the beginning. I know the company was growing and it was a good moment for me to step in and make the best of myself to make sure TBA would be even more successful.

 

What are you most proud of?

Company is growing, still, you are not a number, you are a person. Collaboration, team work, positive attitude of the company and the innovation that TBA keeps on working on are few things I'm really proud of.
