The main purpose of the TBA Academy Coordinator at TBA is to provide service and support to both customers and internal users of our online TBA Academy.
As TBA Academy Coordinator you will be providing help desk support to the users of our online learning portal (LMS). This mostly exist of requests for new user accounts and problem-solving login issues and statistics requests. When bugs are encountered, you will check if it is a bug or a user error and when required, submit a bug report to the vendor of our LMS portal.
