TBA Group produces market leading, large-scale, distribution and supply chain software products used by customers worldwide and is aiming for further substantial growth over the next 5 years.

What are we looking for?

As a Project Manager at TBA, you will support our clients with the implementation and optimization of their terminal operations.

You will determine and apply the best solutions to support or improve container terminal operations. This could involve existing products or services from our wide portfolio, or new ones as you identify suitable opportunities.

Good planning and organising

Ability to manage stakeholders and teams within TBA to ensure we deliver the agreed outputs for our clients

Someone that can work in a project environment

Excellent time management

Ability to manage projects with customers

Process driven

Ability to understand complex processes

Ability to think 'out of the box' and make recommendations to add value to the customer

Excellent writing skills in English

About the role

At TBA, we clearly distinguish ourselves from other consulting and engineering firms, by developing and applying our own state-of-the-art tools such as simulation and emulation.

Our clients include all major container terminal operators worldwide and many local port operators. There is a strong international flavor to the job and travelling is involved from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and delivering projects involved with improving terminal operations

Budget responsibility

Monitoring project plan and hours

Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the project

Creating status reports and invoices

Contributing in SAFE - scrum meeting meetings about development

Identify business improvement for clients

Be the main point of contact between the customer and TBA
