At TBA, an innovative consultancy and software development company, we are looking for a talented Project Manager with to join our amazing team in Rijswijk (The Netherlands).
 
Complex automated terminals place high demands on automated operations. We believe TEAMS to be the only available automated equipment control system (ECS) able to operate reliably and efficiently for every type of available automated equipment and in every combination of Terminal Operating System and equipment. The system delivers significant benefits across operations, costs, safety, automation integration and efficiency under all operational terminal conditions.

What are we looking for?

As a Project Manager at TBA, we and our clients expect you to live by TBA’s values of honesty, commitment, togetherness and success for the customer.

 

You will be working with various software products from our portfolio. Most products are operational applications i.e. mission-critical for our clients. Implementation trajecto-ries vary from several months to over 3-4 years.

  • Previous project management experience
  • Managing complex projects
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders, internal and external
  • Ability to manage budget, scope and time
  • Previous exposure to project management methodologies
  • Problem solving
  • Excellent writing skills in English language
  • Willingness to travel
  • About the role

    As a Project Manager at TBA, you will be working on software implementation projects aiming at making complex port operations simple to manage. We believe that simplicity lies at the heart of performance of container and bulk terminals. At TBA, we clearly distinguish ourselves from other firms, by applying state-of-the-art tools such as simulation and emulation. 

    Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking the progress of projects and raising any concerns if necessary
  • Working with key stakeholder to solve any issues
  • Monitoring timescales, budget and scope
  • Supporting the team in any technical difficulties by having discussions and suggesting solutions
  • Being the main point of contact for the client on a daily basis
